Donald Drakeman is Distinguished Research Professor in the Center for Citizenship and Constitutional Government at Notre Dame, and a Fellow in Health Management at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. He is the author of The Hollow Core of Constitutional Theory: Why We Need the Framers (Cambridge, 2020), Church, State and Original Intent (Cambridge, 2010), and other books about the Constitution.
