He is the author, most recently, of Limited Government and the Bill of Rights. His 2009 book An Entrenched Legacy: How the New Deal Constitutional Revolution Continues to Shape the Role of the Supreme Court was named as a finalist for the 2009 Henry Paolucci/Walter Bagehot Book Award.
